Beginner Training Program

Are you ready to tackle your first triathlon or just want a fun group to train with and get faster? Come and learn more about our Trizou training group that will be getting started up in February. This year we will change it up a bit with a training plan, a group FB page so you can connect with others to train and various clinics through out the program. We will also have bi-weekly swim sessions to get you ready for the swim. Any questions, contact

Program Details:

  • Custom TriZou 8-10 Week Training Plan
  • Training group 1-2 times per week
  • Personal coaching and consultation leading up to TriZou
  • 2-3 Race Site visits
  • Ability to have a private TriZou swim lesson at MU Rec Pool before race day

Cost is only $225

Kick off meeting Feb. 11th from 11AM – 12PM @ Ultramax Sports – 700 E Broadway

About the Coach

Nancy completed the program 8 years ago herself only having running in her background.  She didn’t even make it the length of the pool her first time down so she likes to help others who have the same anxiety about doing their first triathlon.  She fell in love with the sport and has since completed numerous triathlons including 2 full Ironman distance races. She coaches beginners in swimming, kids in triathlon and is the Head Cross Country Coach at Stephens College.  She has a passion for helping others do their first triathlon.
