The 20th annual TriZou Triathlon was the very first Ultramax event. Trizou has now grown into one of, if not the largest, pool swim triathlons in the nation. It is certainly one of the most popular early-season triathlons in the region. Over the years, several USAT National Champions and hundreds of USA Triathlon All-Americans have raced in the special elite field.

The Largest Pool Swim Triathlon in the Midwest

This annual sprint triathlon is the perfect triathlon for those wanting to get started in the sport. The event is staged on the University of Missouri campus. Triathlon venues just don’t get any better than this! The event features the very popular time trial pool start in that amazing state-of-the-art MU competition pool. The DuZou Duathlon and SuperSprint were added to introduce the beginner athlete to the world of multi-sport.  This is the perfect way to introduce someone to the sport!

TriZou Sprint

The perfect length to jumpstart into the multi-sport season. The TriZou Sprint is our most popular distance option with a 400m Swim, 14M Bike then finish up with a 5K Run

TriZou SuperSprint

Launched in 2015, the SuperSprint is designed to add a little more excitement into the multi-sport world. Racers do 100m Swim, 7M Bike then finish with a 1M Run

DuZou Duathlon

Not quite ready for that swim? Try the DuZou Duathlon with a 1M Run, 7M Bike then close with another 1M Run. The perfect option to shake out the cobwebs

Mid-America Multisport Series

The Ultramax Sports Championship Series launched in 2004. The Series was expanded in 2014 to become the Mid-America Multisport Championship Series to include more events, updated scoring, and custom apparel as prizes.

The Series is comprised of Ultramax owned events along with a select few of Missouri’s best events. The Series is focused on multi-sport events with athletes competing for free entries and custom branded apparel.
