In Honor of the Survivors
Molly’s Miles 5K, 10K, & Virtual Run is a mid-Missouri race that is held in Columbia, MO & honors the survivors of law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty. All proceeds benefit the Missouri Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.) The event honors the surviving families and affected co-workers of Missouri law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty.

Packet Pick-Up
Participants may pick up packets on Thursday, April 5 any time between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at the University of Missouri Police Department – Groshong Conference Room located at 901 Virginia Avenue; or on Friday, April 6 any time between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. at Landmark Bank located at 109 E. Nifong Boulevard.
Packets will also be available for pickup the morning of the race from 6:00 a.m. until 7:30 a.m. at the race site. Be sure to get there early if you wait to pick up your packet on race day, as there can be long lines! You will be permitted to pick-up packets for multiple friend or family members.

Course Information
The 2018 Molly’s Miles 5K and 10K will start and finish at the Molly Bowden Memorial Park at 900 W. Nifong Boulevard. The route is relatively flat through urban areas on the south side of Columbia. It is a beginner-friendly course with Aid Stations containing water and light first aid. Molly’s Miles is sanctioned with USA Track and Field.

First place male and female in the 5K in the following age categories:
19 & Under, 20 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 & Up
First place male and female in the 10K in the following age categories:
19 & Under, 20 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 & Up
Finisher medals will be presented to every race finisher.
