What is Get Fit, Inc?

Get Fit, Inc. is our team-empowerment and company branding program. This program was created for companies looking for a unique and fun way to build camaraderie, support the local community, promote health and fitness and gain branding and marketing exposure. Best of all, it’s easy to set up and hardly involves any planning or time commitment. We are here to handle all of that for you.  Oh yea, and saves you big! Maybe best of all, there is no entry fee payments upfront required. We will invoice your company right after the event.

Team Building

Maybe your company is looking for an exciting, low cost, health-focused team-building and exposure opportunity?

Typical team-building events tend to be expensive, difficult to organize, and time-consuming. Where can you reward your team with a fun, team building company outing for only $25 each! Thats right, you cant!

Your company, group or team can enter the Go Girl Run Half Marathon for $59 or the 5K for $25. . You must have a minimum of five teammates, your company can participate by signing up for the Get Fit, Inc. program. Teams of 16+ will receive special branding exposure to thousands of participants (see tiered incentives). To get started, just follow these four steps below:

STEP 1: 

Pick a team leader and have him/her fill out this quick online form to request your team’s unique Get Fit online entry code. This code will allow your team members to signup online with no payment required. We will need a credit card on file before you get a code so please give us a call at 573-445-2664. Please note we will not charge your card until we get final approval from the card holder.

STEP 2:

Once we have sent your your code, recruit your teammates and group members to register! All your team members will use the same online entry code to register themselves for Go Girl Run. **Remember, No payment will be required at that time.

STEP 3:

One week before the race, we will send the team leader all registrants who used your team’s unique code. You will then have the chance to verify and approve your entrylist. The week after the race, we will send your team leader the final invoice.

You must pay the invoice within one week following the event. Call us to pay or just mail in payment to – Ultramax Sports, 7430 W Highway 40, Columbia MO 65202. We make it that easy.

STEP 4:

Bib/Packet Pick Up:

The team leader can pick up the team’s packets at packet pickup either the day before the race or race day morning OR each individual runner can pick up their own, whichever is easiest for you.
