Ultramax Events is looking for a talented, outgoing, reliable and organized weekend warriors to join the Ultramax Carny team. If you want to work hard with a great group of people, have a ton of fun and get paid to do it, this is a perfect position for you!
This part-time position will work event weekends, typically Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday. Hours can fluctuate depending on the type of event but can range from 8 to 12 hours per day. Responsibilities will vary depending on needs, and staff skills and abilities. The ideal carny is someone who is highly motivated and enjoys working with and communicating with a variety of people on a regular basis. This person will be outgoing, believe in living an active lifestyle, not afraid of a little sweat and enjoys running or participating in events. You need to be detail oriented with a strong work ethic, and strong organization skills.
In order to be effective in this position you will need to learn the company and facility
operations inside and out. This position is expected to share the long-term vision of
Ultramax Sports. You must be willing to contribute to the growth of the company from a
day-to-day operations perspective.

We expect our part-time Timing Coordinators to work 1-2 weekends per month to keep up their skills. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to success. In many cases you will work under pressure and you must be able to remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient,
You must have a high degree of computer expertise or very willing to learn. You must be eager and capable of learning software programs on your own. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are important in this position.
Ultramax Events is looking for a talented, outgoing, reliable, motivated and organized salesperson to develop corporate marketing partnerships for our owned event properties. This position will be responsible for creating a high volume of new business, developing and implementing corporate sponsorship packages and building and maintaining relationships with partners associated with our owned events. The Sponsorship Coordinator will identify and develop relationships with local companies and organizations to secure partnerships tied to our owned event properties. The primary focus will be to increase overall revenue for each event through direct cash sponsorship packages, expo booth sales, corporate group registrations and in-kind sponsorships.
